It Has “Tourism Potential”

Every Nox property has a reason that a tourist would want to be there. It could be a fantastic view, or just be in a good location in an area tourists want to be in. Maybe it has exceptional design, or a really interesting story... But there must be a real reason that we believe that property could really “help guests have the best possible experience of Cape Town”.

We don’t want to be taking on any property anywhere; we're unlikely to take on a property in Pinelands, regardless of the quality.

Quality

We represent from ⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ properties, and go beyond with the ultra luxurious properties in the Horizon Collection.

Most of the properties are ⭐⭐⭐⭐ or ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, and there has to be a good reason for us to take on, or retain, a ⭐⭐⭐ property. This might be because guests love it, it fulfills a clear need in the market, it’s in an area we really want a foothold in, it belongs to an important partner, it is due to be refurbished soon etc.

It’s a Bit Unique

We want Nox properties to be memorable. Every property is marketed separately, and each offers guests something a little unique. We don’t want to operate an Aparthotel with 100 equivalent units. We want to have properties that people experience (and remember) as something unique, different, and with character.

Service Related

Even the very best properties can give a poor experience, if we don’t get our service right. We need to make sure that each Nox property ticks the boxes below.
