Our doctors are available for medical call-outs and tele-consults.

• We offer a 24 hour medical support service should you or any of your family require medical assistance. Our tele med service/advice line is available 24 hrs and we offer doctor call outs to your hotel, home, office or accommodation until 10pm.
• General emergency doctor consultation call out is available from 8am - 5pm within a 20km radius of Cape Town CBD.
• Our friendly and professional doctors are fully equipped and will take care of you in the comfort of your own home.
• Whether you need urgent medical assistance, or are unsure if a family member needs to go to hospital, our team have fully equipped vehicles and will come to you.
• Our service offers convenience for parents who are working, the elderly, and anyone who is housebound and needs assistance.
• We will work hand in hand with your treating doctor and send reports of our treatment to your treating GP / Doctor for follow up management.
