Where is the construction?

Construction is occurring at two properties:

• Site 1: Next door to Atlantic Horizons
• Site 2: Directly across the road from Atlantic Horizons

What is the current level of impact on the property?

Site 1: The construction team is currently busy with general building works. At this stage, noise levels are minimal. However, in the upcoming phases, works will include rubble removal and structural sculpting.

As a result, residents and surrounding areas may experience:

• Increased noise from hammering, grinding, drilling, and cutting.
• Movement of large trucks and construction vehicles
• Activities such as material deliveries, rubble removal, concrete work, scaffolding, and structural adjustments
• Occasional dust and vibration during intensive work periods.

Site 2: On certain days there may be activities such as grinding, jackhammering, and delivery trucks arriving on site to offload building materials.
