Nox acts solely as the appointed property manager and intermediary between the property owner and the guest. All reservations are governed by the applicable cancellation policy selected at the time of booking and form part of the binding agreement between the guest and the property owner. Travel restrictions, airport closures, airline disruptions, border closures, changes to visa regulations, government advisories, acts of God, or any other circumstances affecting a guest’s ability to travel do not constitute grounds for a free cancellation or refund, unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable cancellation policy or required by law.
Accommodation rates and cancellation terms remain enforceable irrespective of such events. Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen travel disruptions.
Should a guest elect to cancel outside the applicable cancellation policy, the standard cancellation terms will apply. Where possible, and without obligation, Nox may attempt to re-let the accommodation for the affected dates. Any successfully re-let nights may be refunded on a pro rata basis, less applicable fees. Re-letting is not guaranteed.
By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
